Un todo incluido para anotar en Lanzarote.
Tranquilidad, respeto de los clientes alojados, ubicacion del complejo, entorno, amabilidad del personal,.... Relacion calidad/Precio del complejo y sus servicios muy buena.

Tranquilidad
En general todo bien. El personal muy empaticos con nosotros no sé si es por ser Canarios pues están acostumbrados a alemán.
Lo que no me gustó es que sólo admiten turismo alemán. Si lo hubiéramos sabido con antelación no lo hubiésemos reservado. Cuidado! no por nada no soy racista ni xenófoba pero no me gusta el que en pleno siglo XXI hayan empresarios con estas mentalidades capitalista. Sabemos que ellos dejan dinero pero hay que abrir puertas y quitar barreras para que todo el mundo pueda acceder y tener oportunidad de disfrutar de un lugar como ese. Pero si en esta tierra todos los empresarios don así me pregunto yo...que haría el Nacional en su propia tierra? Miren como lo miren es una medida dictatorial y discriminatoria.

Bien
Muy buena ubicación para desplazarte por la isla. Muchas opciones y variadas en el buffet: ensaladas, legumbres, verduras, hortalizas, quesos, tofu, etc. (Perfecto para gente que busque opciones veg). La comida estaba muy rica. Las instalaciones son muy completas, y bien cuidadas (varias piscinas, gimnasio, sauna, pistas de tenis, etc).
Aunque las camas eran cómodas, las almohadas eran muy incómodas, y no pudimos descansar bien ningún día de nuestra estancia. Justo después de la comida, en horario de siesta, tenían actividades con música y era un poco molesto para poder descansar. Los horarios de la comida, y sobre todo los de la cena son demasiado pronto (la comida acaba a las 14h, y la cena a las 21h). El aire acondicionado de la habitación no se podía regular, y hacía calor.
